Hops on Flow

Join us for a yoga session like no other, right inside the brewery. It’s called warm yoga because the space naturally gets a little warm while they’re actively brewing on-site.

We’ll kick things off with a quick 5-minute chat to learn about the beers, then drop into a feel-good flow led by Latasha. The perfect way to start your Saturday feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for the rest of your day.

Info: Guests arrive, check in, and get settled inside the brewery space. Take a few minutes to meet other attendees and set up your mat before we begin.

Info: A quick introduction from the brewery team where you’ll learn a little about the space, the brewing process, and the beers made on-site, then a short welcome from Muuve and an introduction to yoga instructor Latasha Silvera, who will guide us through the flow. We’ll share what to expect from the session and how to move comfortably at your own pace.

Info: Latasha will lead a 45-minute warm yoga session inside the brewery. The natural warmth from the brewing process creates a cozy environment to stretch, breathe, and move through a mindful flow suitable for all levels.

Info: We’ll close out the flow with a brief cool down and take a few moments to reset.

Info: After class, we’ll step out to enjoy a small beer tasting and spend time connecting with the group. Feel free to continue enjoying the brewery or head out and enjoy the rest of your Saturday.
