Honoring the Mother: Energy Movement and Musical Sound Healing is a nurturing and immersive experience designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of the body, breath, and heart. Together, we will move through gentle qi gong and breathwork to awaken energy, restore balance, and create space for grounding and renewal. Live musical sound healing will be woven throughout the experience with crystal bowls, metal bowls, flutes, pan drum, and Koshi chimes, creating a rich and restorative soundscape. The evening will gently come to a close with a soothing sound bath that invites deep rest, reflection, and healing.
