Enjoy community, learning, and wellness with mothers in your community!
This event is designed to bring Moms together in a fun and meaningful way. Join us for 7 deeply grounding and self-reflective learning sessions with Sister Fatima Qureshi, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Couples Counselor, as we embark towards a journey towards self-discovery, personal growth and strengthening family bonds.
Free childcare will be provided through a fun-filled, program, so that you can finally finish that cup of tea!

Program Highlights:
- 7 Wellness Sessions (Weekly on Thursdays)
- Culturally-anchored wellness program for Mums
- Facilitated by Muslim Mental Health Professionals
- Free on-site Childcare and Children's Program
- Free Access to Live Monthly Parenting Workshops and Parenting Space Community Events
- Room numbers will be emailed to participants after registration
Next Steps: After registration, you will receive an intake form to be filled out by May 5 . You can add children in the intake form. Please note, your registration is not complete until you fill out the intake form.

We are able to bring this program for free through the Parenting Space project which is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a Government of Ontario agency. Please note: At this moment, this program is FREE for first time participants of the Parenting Space weekly programs only (you can only attend either one Sacred Motherhood cohort or one HonesTea with Mums cohort).
