About this Event

Struggling to get past that 1st month of consistent gym visits? Or maybe the language learning isn’t going as well as you thought. For those who are firm believers of “new year, new me”, this workshop is just for you. It’s time to make sure that you are hitting the goals you set out to make at the beginning of the year, and you end 2026 with no guilt, just a sense of pride and success dripping from your fingertips.

In this writing workshop, you will learn how to set SMART goals that will set you up for success and hold you accountable. You will feel equipped with the tools you need to make sure you stick to your goals and push yourself to your fullest potential this year. You will reflect on past years, map out the year ahead and leave this workshop feeling empowered.

The location of this workshop is in the Amersham Arms, in their Take Courage Gallery. Enter the pub and walk to the back, all the way upstairs. We'll see you there!
