Get Ready for HOME STRONG 2026!
The Housing Committee, in collaboration with the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency, OwnCincy, Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, LISC Greater Cincinnati, Pro Seniors Inc, People Working Cooperatively, and the Cincinnatus Association, will host Home Strong: Protecting Your Legacy Through Resources for Existing Homeowners on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
This free community event is designed to help existing homeowners connect with trusted organizations and practical resources that support long-term housing stability, home preservation, and generational wealth building. While the event is especially beneficial for struggling existing homeowners, all current homeowners are encouraged to attend.
The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency, 1740 Langdon Farm Road (2nd Floor). Admission is free and food will be provided while supplies last.
Three educational sessions will be offered: Appraisal Bias (9:30β10:00 a.m.), Home Repair Programs & Tips (10:00β10:45 a.m.), and Estate Planning: Passing on the Legacy (11:15 a.m.β12:00 p.m.)
In addition to the sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with community partner organizations offering information on foreclosure prevention, home repair assistance, estate planning, lead education, and many other crucial housing-related services.
