This is a two-hour, guided holotropic breathwork experience designed to support deep presence, emotional release, and expanded self-awareness through conscious, rhythmic breathing.

Through the breath, you’ll move energy, emotions, and memories stored in the body — allowing deep healing, clarity, and transformation to unfold naturally.
