Spend the day nourishing yourself and allowing yourself to be comfortable and cozy
in these challenging times of busyness and uncertainty.
Yoga instructor Emily Rezetko will lead a gentle vinyasa and meditation practice to reset the nervous system and provide deep relaxation. We will enjoy a delicious, vegetarian and gluten free brunch spread by integrative health coach, Anna Jackson. End the day creating a fresh seasonal wreath to take home as well as a custom tea blend for wintertime health support. This experience is like a mini yoga retreat without leaving Chicago.
