TDawg Presents is excited to bring you the 14th edition of what is a great holiday tradition on the Atlanta music scene, the Holiday Hootenanny! Holiday Hootenanny 14 will take place on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at the Variety Playhouse in Little Five Points, its original home beginning in December 2011. The concert moved to Terminal West from 2013-17 before returning to the Variety Playhouse in 2018.
For the 12th year, net proceeds from the concert and raffle will directly benefit Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. Since 2013, Atlanta Habitat has received $80,000 from this beautifully organic event. The future is bright to substantially increase that amount! Atlanta Habitat transforms communities by acting as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization through education, innovative development, partnerships and long-term relationships with families. Its vision is an Atlanta where all people have access to quality affordable housing in safe, vibrant neighborhoods with opportunities to thrive. For more information about Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, please visit the Atlanta Habitat website, www.atlantahabitat.org.
The concert historically has three sets, totals almost four hours of music and at times features up to 15-20 musicians on stage at once. This year features a musical energy that is truly unique, featuring The Wood Brothers' Oliver Wood, who performed locally in 90s with his band King Johnson, the legendary troubadour Steve Poltz, and multi-Grammy winners Jim Lauderdale and Jason Carter (formerly with Del McCoury Band, The Traveling McCourys) as well as Atlanta folk rock icons Caroline Aiken, Diane Durrett, Donna Hopkins & Liz Melendez, and Rev. Jeff Mosier, who has performed at every Holiday Hootenanny.
Come see for yourself why this concert is so unique and special, truly a great ATL event!
