An intimate mini-retreat offering acupuncture, live sound therapy, gentle touch, and aroma for deep rest and regulation.
About this Event

Acupuncture × Live Sound Therapy × Gentle Touch × Aroma

at The Return Space

The Return Space opens its doors for Holding the Night — a candle-lit mini-retreat designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and renewal during the necessary darkness and stillness of winter.

Created as a shared field of care, this integrative offering gently weaves acupuncture, live sound therapy, intuitive touch, and aroma to help participants soften, settle, and be held through their personal “nights” — or simply to reset and recharge.

Guests are welcomed into the space beginning at 5:30 pm to arrive slowly, settle in, and transition out of the day. The mini-retreat begins promptly at 6:00 pm with a gentle opening that includes grounding breathwork and a short guided meditation to support arrival and presence.

Participants will then receive the NADA auricular acupuncture protocol, followed by a prolonged period of rest as they are held in live sound therapy, subtle therapeutic touch, and grounding aromatics. Fine needles, resonant instruments, live voice, and attentive presence work together to invite the nervous system into stillness and restoration.

Live sound therapy — including instruments, supportive soundscapes, and voice — is offered to help guide the body into theta states, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and reconnection with inner wisdom.

This immersive mini-retreat unfolds in a quiet, unhurried, and safe container, allowing ample time for integration and a gentle closing. The experience concludes around 7:45 pm, with space to transition slowly back into the evening.

No effort is required. Simply arrive, receive, and allow the body to do what it knows how to do best.

A space to arrive as you are.

A place to Hold the our personal Nights together.
