Hive Cheer & Dance - Drop-In Tumbling Sessions

Our Tumbling class focuses on building strong, safe, and progressive tumbling skills in a structured 1-hour training environment. Athletes are placed in appropriate progressions based on skill level to ensure proper technique and safe advancement.

From beginner fundamentals to tucks, athletes will receive hands-on coaching to improve strength, body awareness, and execution.

What Athletes Will Work On:

• Proper tumbling technique and form
• Strength and body control for skills
• Progressions from basic to advanced skills
• Safety drills and skill breakdowns
• Confidence building through repetition and spotting
  

This class is perfect for athletes working on standing skills, running tumbling, or mastering new progressions.

Cost:

• $12 per session
• $50 for 5 sessions
