About this Event

Presented by The Re-Seasoning Coalition and High Liner Foods

Join us for an evening dedicated to connection, opportunity, and the celebration of Black women shaping the future of foodservice.

About the Event

Three in ten Black women working in foodservice are seeking stable, long-term careers, yet their average career length in the industry is only 6 years. How do we create inclusive workplaces where Black women can thrive? By working with employers to fill the gaps.

The Hire Her Networking Mixer is more than a hiring event — it’s a space for meaningful industry connections rooted in equity, authenticity, and industry resilience.

The Re-Seasoning Coalition is bringing together:

  • Black women job seekers eager to bring their talent, skills, and vision to foodservice.
  • Foodservice employers and leaders committed to building more inclusive, diverse, and equitable teams.
  • Community partners supporting women's professional development

Together, we’ll cultivate an atmosphere of value exchange — where both job seekers and employers walk away with insight, opportunity, and new relationships that can spark lasting impact.
