From Burnout to Balance: An Evening of Energy, Nervous System Support & Sustainable Success
About this Event

Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the launch of Infinite Balance Blueprint by Dr Suzanne Bober, a powerful new approach to sustainable success, energy, and nervous-system balance.

This event is hosted by Suzie Battishill, culinary coach, student, and advocate of Suzanne’s work.

Suzanne is a chiropractor by trade, and Suzie is a culinary coach who helps home cooks reduce stress in the kitchen by teaching core skills that build confidence, ease, and consistency.

Suzanne and Suzie met a year ago and have worked closely together ever since. Through their collaboration, Suzanne supported Suzie in curbing burnout by developing key daily habits and nervous-system supportive skills, allowing her to continue doing the work she loves. Cooking, teaching, and creating with intention. In return, Suzie helped Suzanne develop new skills in the kitchen, bringing nourishment and practicality into her daily routines.

Today, they come together to launch Suzanne’s new book and open a conversation that so many female entrepreneurs need to be having. Burnout.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, followed by a talk from your hosts. Together, Suzanne and Suzie will share practical, realistic tools to help move away from burnout and set yourself up for sustainable success.

The timing of this event is intentional. Taking place in March, it marks the transition from winter into spring. A moment to realign, reset, and feel hopeful for what’s ahead after navigating the long realities of a Toronto winter.

Suzie will also share her personal experience working with Suzanne and offer limited-time opportunities to work with her, available exclusively to attendees.

Join Suzanne and Suzie for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, connection, and wellbeing, created especially for female entrepreneurs in Toronto.

Success was never meant to be about surviving.
It’s about thriving. Fully energized, focused, and in balance.

This special event brings together Dr Suzanne Bober’s work on nervous-system regulation with Suzie Battishill’s practical, grounded approach to nourishment, confidence, and daily rituals that support real life.

This is not a traditional book launch. It’s an experience.
