Come discover Kriya yoga, a powerful practice rooted in the Himalayan yogic tradition. This dynamic class combines meditative techniques including breathwork, movement, mudras (hand gestures), and mantras to bring the mind and body into balance.

This practice helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, anxiety, and energetic blockages, deepens intuition and inner awareness, and can help boost mental clarity, focus and energy.

All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience needed.

This is not a typical yoga asana class - while some classes might include a short asana sequence they will mostly include: breathwork, mantra, mudras and end with a sound bath.
