Following our hike we will be guided through a nature-based art experience that deepens our connection to the rhythms& elements of the Earth
About this Event

Maternal Wellness Hikers makes an effort to create a holistic approach to selecing our Guesting Hiking Presenters. That being said, we are excited to bring out the creativity in you! The hike will conclude with a nature-based art experiernce that deepens our connection to the ryhthms and elements of Earth. Drawing strength from natue, we will use natural materials to create art that reflects our power and honors both personal and collective birth journeys.

Art is therapeutice for the mind and spirt and the thing about it is that you dont have to be an artist!

We hope that you come out and join us this Sunday morning. We will hike for one hour and then go into a classroom setting at the Outdoor Acticty Center and be led into a journey of creative inner selves by Art Therapist, Deanna Barton! You will take home your art piece and can use it as a power focus source in preparation for and during labor!
