Date: Sunday, April 26th
Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (The first 30 mins are for connecting with the group and enjoying refreshments). We will begin the hike activities promptly at 8:30am.
Location: First Creek Trail (Meet at the First Creek Trailhead---There is parking there).
Hike with a Therapist: Release & Reset
Step away from stress and into your healing.
Take a break from the noise and give your mind and body what it’s been asking for.
This is not just a hike. This is a guided mental wellness experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and reset in a way that actually lasts.
Led by a licensed therapist, this experience blends movement, nature, and intentional healing practices to support your emotional and physical well-being. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, or just need a moment to breathe… this is for you.
What to expect:
- A guided group hike in a peaceful, natural setting
- Grounding and mindfulness exercises
- Breathwork and meditation to calm your nervous system
- Lots of fun, laughts and a good time
- Dance and body movement
- Space to release, reflect, and reconnect
You don’t need to have anything figured out. Just come as you are.

What to bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Water (stay hydrated)
