Join us at the Resonance store for a unique High Vibez session led by Cathy, an energy movement healing coach blending movement, breathwork, meditation, reiki and sound healing.
This session is designed to help you reset, release tension and shift stuck energy in the body. Through guided movement, breath and sound, you will reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and leave feeling more balanced, grounded and energised.
Cathy brings a powerful mix of experience, from her background as a professional dancer performing internationally to navigating the fast paced world of advertising. Her approach combines performance, wellbeing and energy work to help you feel stronger, lighter and more aligned.
