YOUR GUIDE & FACILITATOR:
Jeanina Dhara is a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodiment, power and sovereignty. She has worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, shamanism, tantra, osho-therapies, coaching, Nonviolent Communication and IFS with groups, couples and individuals around the world for about 20 years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for her and she’s been devoted ever since to live a heart centered, present life, supporting others who wish to do the same.
She now has har base in Skåne, Sweden since quite some years.
