Hero Fisher LIVE at The Libra, Camden | An acoustic 'listening' music venue operated by TALENTBANQ
Hero Fisher is a UK based singer-songwriter whose music is a compelling blend of rock/americana/folk ballads. Her sound is characterised by rich tones and spellbinding vocals that critics have described as both ethereal, startling and authentic.
Once managed by the legendary David Enthoven and Tim Clark, Fisher established herself with her debut album Delivery and then her sophomore release Glue Moon, produced by award winning Marta Salogni (Sharon Van Etten, Björk, Bon Iver) Hero is currently recording her third album, and has collaborated with a variety of acclaimed artists including Craig Armstrong’s ‘For Emma’, and Mark Ronson’s ‘Carbon Life’ ballet by Wayne McGregor at the Royal Opera House.
In the live setting, Fisher’s career includes opening for legends like The Rolling Stones and Neil Young at Hyde Park; and Glastonbury- where she performed on the Acoustic Stage; and other festivals such as V Fest., Latitude, Isle Of White, as well as headlining venues including Colours Hoxton in London, and The Castle Hotel in Manchester.
Hero will be joined by renowned guitarist Adam Chetwood, whose masterful playing fluently aligns with her vocals.
Their performance will feature tracks from her released repertoire, some new and exclusive unreleased songs, plus her own versions of favourite classics, ranging from jazz standards through Americana to traditional folk from around the world.
