This is a monthly gathering hosted by Elissa, a certified life coach with 5 years of experience supporting women through moments of change, growth, and self-discovery.
Each session offers a safe, welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s currently present for you — alongside other like-minded women.
Through thoughtful coaching questions and open dialogue, you’ll be supported in:
- gaining clarity around what’s on your mind
- seeing your situation from a new perspective
- reconnecting with your inner direction
- moving forward with more confidence and intention
Each month will centre around a specific theme related to personal growth, giving you the opportunity to explore different areas of your life over time.
