Hermanos del Sol Breathwork Workshop

Feel It and Breathe Through It is a chance to slow down for a minute, get out of your head, and come back to your body. Justin will guide us through a breathwork experience that helps us notice what we’re carrying, where we may be holding tension, and how the breath can help us move through it. We’ll start easy, with time to arrive, settle in, and talk a little about what breathwork is and why it matters. Then we’ll move into the guided session, followed by a soft landing with reflection and optional sharing. Nothing about this has to be perfect. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to show up, breathe, and give yourself a little space to feel what’s there. * Remember to bring a yoga mat.
