Herbal Tea + Breath + Guided Meditation + Cosmic Sound Bath
Step into a soul-nourishing experience designed to calm your mind, awaken your senses, and bathe you in cosmic vibrations.
We begin by settling into the space with a warm, heart-opening cup of herbal tea —a sacred moment to drop in, connect with the community and set up your space. From there, we’ll ignite our energy with a few rounds of breathwork, awakening our bodies and clearing stagnant energy.
With the breath as our guide, I’ll lead you into a deep, soul-expanding meditation, preparing you to fully surrender into the magic of the cosmic sound bath . As waves of sound wash over you, your entire being will soften, align, and vibrate at a higher frequency.
Please bring everything you need to be comfy for the experience - pillow, blanket, bolster, eye covering, your own mug (one will be provided otherwise), water, journal, crystals, oils etc
