About this Event

Come mix your own blend of herbal tea, learn about traditional uses and preparation methods for herbs, and try some delicious herbal libations!

During this class we will discuss single herbs for herbal teas, their properties and how to prepare them properly. Did you know the dosage and usage of herbal tea is different at a medicinal dose? We will talk about a handful of herbs, explore hot versus cold infusions and decoctions and which herbs are better for which. We will discuss how to choose the perfect herbal remedy for you, taste a variety of teas, and learn how to make an herbal blend that fits your need.

Cost includes tea tastings, handouts and your own tea blend to take home.

This class will be held at the Lab at Ada's. There will be a cash bar where you can buy drinks if desired.21+

Class is $28 plus Eventbrite fees. There will be no refunds or exchanges for tickets if you are unable to attend.

Signed books will be available for purchase for an additional $18.78 (cash, card or VM accepted!).

About the teacher! :
Angela Renzetti is an acupuncturist, herbalist, author and herbal medicine teacher based in Seattle, WA. Her clinic, Moonlight Medicine, is located in Queen Anne. She specializes in pain, stress & anxiety management and facial acupuncture. Her first book, The Little Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine, was published in December 2025 through Sasquatch books.
