Her Becoming: Anchored is the May installment of a quarterly women’s circle series designed to guide women back into their bodies, their boundaries, and their power.
This gathering is rooted in the energy of the Root and Solar Plexus — safety, stability, confidence, and self-trust. In a world that constantly asks women to stretch, shrink, accommodate, and override their instincts, this circle is an invitation to pause and recalibrate. To remember what grounded feels like. To practice standing firmly in your truth.
This gathering is designed to balance movement, conversation, reflection, and connection.

Info: Upon arrival, remove your shoes, hang your items up, check in with one of the hosts, claim a yoga mat, & feel free to grab water or tea to sip on.
