This choreo workshop mixes heels dance with a taste of female dancehall from Jamaica —explore how to wine your waistline, perfect your catwalk, and learn a sexy routine at the end! Expect to feel even more confident, expressive, grounded, and in tune with your body.

About the instructors:
Clarisa aka SINO is a dancer/ instructor/ choreographer based between Hong Kong and Los Angeles. She has many years of experience in various dance styles (Chinese folk, lyrical jazz, hip hop, bellydance, salsa, and more), with an emphasis on African and Caribbean styles (Afro street dances, Jamaican dancehall). She has been teaching for over seven years, and uses her diverse background to incorporate a taste of different styles and cultures into her classes.
Lucie is a dance instructor and choreographer based in the UK. She specializes in heels, hip hop, commercial, Afro, and contemporary. She is an accomplished dancer and performer, her highlights being choreograping for the 2023 FUZE UK charity dance and fashion show at SWX, performing alongside Bristol artists and competing with Bristol Uni Salsa. Lucie is the co-founder of Bristol-based dance brand HeelsXpression, empowering dancers of all levels through adult heels dance classes and filmed choreographies.
T ogether in 2022 the sisters developed the Heels & Waistline concept with the aim of sharing two of their favorite dance styles to help others feel more empowered and confident. They have taught workshops in the USA and Asia, and are excited to extend their reach to more places!
