The HeartMath Institute has dedicated 30 years of scientific research into the study of the physiology of learning resilience, and performance.
Lana Buecker works in higher education. Originally a native of St. Petersburg Russia, she resides in the Port City of Wilmington. She is highly regarded as a motivational speaker working extensively across the US, North America and Russia. Her areas of emphasis include: human resources issues, stress management, communications, one on one studies, group training, and consulting.
