About this Event
Heartbreak Hatha is a gentle, healing yoga and meditation class designed to support the body and spirit through grief, loss, and emotional transition. This 60-minute practice uses slow, intentional Hatha yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation to help release stored tension in the heart, shoulders, and hips—areas where many people carry emotional pain.
The class begins with grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system and create a sense of safety in the body. From there, participants move through a series of mindful Hatha poses focused on opening the chest, softening the spine, and restoring balance. Each posture is held long enough to encourage reflection, emotional processing, and deep breathing.
The final portion of the class transitions into restorative stillness and a guided meditation centered on compassion, self-forgiveness, and renewal. Participants are invited to sit with their feelings without judgment and reconnect with their inner strength.
Heartbreak Hatha is suitable for all levels and welcomes anyone navigating heartbreak, change, or simply seeking a space to slow down and care for themselves. The intention of the practice is not to rush healing, but to create room for it—one breath at a time.
