About this Event

This portal opens as a reminder to return to EARTH. With cacao, breath, sound, and dance, we'll tune into elemental energies, connect to the divine feminine, child-like curiosity, and sisterhood. We'll move through the 5 elements, heal ancestral stories, and come out feeling ALIVE.

HEARTBEAT is an invitation to re-imagine what connection feels like when breath, movement, and sound immerse. Breathe into a fusion of grounded breath activation, nature & tribal-driven beats, and a sound immersion that feels like a ceremony to bring you back into rhythm within yourself and Earth herself.

Things to know about breathwork:

We're not just talking breathe in, breathe out - we're talking FLOW Breathwork.

We're getting into a super potent 3-part breathwork that activates the body's energy centers, supports releasing stored emotions, and deepens your connection to self. Once our bodies are activated, ground down with a short and sweet sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls to help regulate the nervous system.

  • It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours prior to breathwork.
  • Wear clothing you can move in.
  • You may feel emotional, mental, and energetic releases through the session. Come with an open mind & heart.
  • Bring water, a journal, blanket, and other cozy items to support your session.
  • Stay for the duration of the session.
  • There will be no late entries as breathwork requires important instructions in the beginning.
  • There may be scents in use in the space.

This session is not recommended for folks who are pregnant, have a history of heart or breathing conditions, or those with blood conditions.

About the facilitators:

Shanila Sattar, Bangladeshi at the intersection of healing and the arts as a live ritual facilitator, music producer, author, and researcher. A 4th generation sound healer, she weaves breathwork, ancestral and ancient sounds, and a deep connection to the elements. Whether under open skies or within sacred spaces, Shanila channels the mystical wisdom of nature, weaves through sonic worlds, and reminds you that the world is your playground.

Wayra is a certified holistic ceremonial facilitator, musician, baker, and Waldorf teacher devoted to preserving ancestral traditions and supporting conscious education. She is the founder of Daughters of the Earth and co-owner of Q’ente Weavers.

Born and raised in South America within her mestiza Quechua-Muisca family across Colombia and Peru, Wayra has dedicated nearly a decade to studying the ancestral healing practices and sacred arts of her lineage, as well as other traditional wisdom paths from around the world.

Her work bridges art, education, tradition, and spirituality. Whether through song, handcraft, ceremony, or the classroom, she nurtures the mind, body, and soul of both children and adults.

As a holistic practitioner, she has spent the past 10 years guiding voice-opening journeys, sacred song circles, blessingways, women’s circles, spiritual retreats, and traditional ceremonies across the Americas. Wayra’s passion is rooted in soul music, folk herbalism, natural fiber arts, and ancestral crafts. Through weaving and Andean offerings, she carries forward the sacred traditions of her lineage, honoring them as a way of life while supporting Indigenous families across South America.
