About this Event
Join us for a gentle evening designed to support nervous system regulation and reconnection with your body.
Through guided breathwork and an immersive sound bath, this event is intended to complement ongoing therapeutic work by offering a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a sense of safety and steadiness.
Many of us move through our days carrying stress, uncertainty, or the lingering effects of difficult experiences. This space is intentionally created to help your body soften, regulate, and remember what safety can feel like again.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the opportunity to pause, breathe, and be held in sound.
What to Bring
To create your own comfortable “breath nest,” please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye covering (eye mask, eye pillow, or even a scarf)
• Wear your most comfortable, soft clothing
• Journal and pen for reflection
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the experience so we can settle in and begin together on time.
