As modern humans, we tend to spend a few (or several) hours a day with our spines rounded forward, whether it’s driving, sitting at a desk, or using our devices. While there’s nothing wrong with the forward-rounding motion of the spine, too much of this action can leave our backs strained, our spinal supports weakened, and our hearts feeling closed or stuck.

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
