About this Event
Heart on Paper: The places we carry
Some places stay with us long after we leave them. A childhood bedroom. A country we once called home. A stretch of coastline, or simply a feeling of belonging we still carry inside us. Sometimes the places that shape us most are not extraordinary at all, but the ordinary places where we lived, changed, searched, loved, or learned who we were.
In this month’s journaling workshop, we’ll explore the theme of place — the places we come from, the places we long for, and the ones that quietly became part of us. Through guided prompts and reflective writing, we’ll look at how identity, memory, and belonging are often tied to the landscapes of our lives.
As always, no writing experience is needed. This is not about crafting perfect stories, but about slowing down, listening inward, and seeing what emerges on the page.
Bring a journal, a pen, and your curiosity. We’d love to write with you.
What to expect:
- Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
- A warm, welcoming space and supportive writers around you
- Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:
Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
