About this Event
This journaling workshop invites you to slow down and gently peel back the layers that have formed over time — the roles, stories, and patterns that shape how we move through the world.
Through guided writing prompts and reflective experiences, we will:
- Travel back in time, marking meaningful points along our life journey
- Unearth hidden treasures — parts of ourselves that may have been buried, protected, or overlooked
- Explore patterns of burying and uncovering, and what they reveal
As always, this an opportunity to write with curiosity, listen beneath the surface, and allow something honest to emerge on the page.
No prior journaling experience is needed. Come as you are, bring a journal and a pen, and give yourself space to explore what’s underneath.
What to expect:
- Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
- A warm, welcoming space and supportive writers around you
- Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:
Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
