This month’s gathering in the ongoing monthly chakra series is dedicated to the Heart Chakra — the center of compassion, love, emotional balance, and heartfelt connection. This session offers a gentle space to soften, open, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own heart. 🌿

Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. The session begins seated and gently transitions into a lying-down position.
