Join me for a nurturing and transformative yoni steaming experience, reconnecting to our heart space, our womb space & sisterhood connection. This ceremony is designed to support women at all stages of life. We’ll begin by connecting to our womb space through expressive art. Please bring flowers as an offering, these will also be used during the womb art experience. You will be guided through a gentle breathwork meditation, light movement. Herbal tea will be offered, yoni steaming and sound healing therapy. An evening that will guide you to reconnecting to your heart, your womb and sisterhood love & connection.
Yoni steaming is a powerful practice that heals generational trauma that’s been stored in our womb that can cause us to be physically sick or ill. Yoni steaming offers numerous health benefits, including:
