About this Event
Come take intermediate yoga classes with Samaiya at the Happy Humble Hub! Some knowledge and experience of yoga is reccomended. These will be fun classes catered towards those who prefer a more intermediate practice. Some classes may focus on a peak pose, and others might just be a fun and fluid flow. A great class to build strength and flexibility, and bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
There will be a class on Sunday, March 2nd @ 10 am and another on Wednesday March 5th @ 7 pm. You can either book one class or take both for $40.

Please arrive around 10-15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to find parking and settle gently into class. We will start promptly at the times given.
