This exceptional evening would be in the Escoffier Room, where a thoughtfully curated six-course tasting menu brings a climate-conscious twist to fine dining. Each course will showcase both meat and vegetarian options, carefully designed to reflect the principles of a healthier planet, drinks will be served alongside.
This special event is a student-led fundraising dinner in support of their upcoming trip to Feltre, Italy, for those who took part in the final of the Culinary Medicine UK Healthy Plate, Healthy Planet competition. Our talented students of CCC Westminster Led by Chef Vince Kelly and Chef Tom Egerton look forward to welcoming you for this very special evening celebrating the next generation of chefs championing sustainability and innovation in food.
