Healthy Minds: Individual Therapy Sessions

Heart Comonos’ Healthy Minds project consists of three series of barrier and cost free mental health community programming initiatives. It is generously a series funded by the United Way Greater Toronto.

A liscened practitioner will be offering individual therapy once a week to offer a judgement-free support system for you to share what's on your mind. Newcomers are always welcome! Spots are limited so please RSVP for a time that works for you at .
