About this Event
Health is often sold as an outcome and assumes unlimited time and resources:
Follow these rules, buy these tools, and you'll achieve health!
But this approach ignores the purpose of health– so we can think clearly, meet demands, stay connected, and pursue meaningful work.
In this workshop, we’ll step back from individual habits and look at health as the system that supports the life you’re trying to live. Together we’ll identify what’s working, what’s underdeveloped, and how those gaps shape what’s possible in your life and work.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what your habits are actually supporting—so your health works for your life, not the other way around.
