This January, kick off the new year on the right foot with expert instruction from "Chopped" Champion Chef Clara Park as she teaches you the techniques and shares her culinary knowledge about how to make the most delicious and healthy meals of your life! Students will learn how to properly prep and roast vegetables, build a perfect silky vinaigrette, create a hearty and satisying vegetarian main course and clean up your most indulgent desserts. Experts keep recommending eating more vegetables and less meat but most of the public doesn't know how to do these things. Chef Park is here to show you how to do it so that you can whip up dishes that are both satisfying and good for you!
