Discover the art of blending and brewing in this hands-on class hosted by Lavender Bergamot Kitchen, focused on creating custom herbal teas and nourishing broths. Learn how to craft tea blends tailored to your needs—whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a remedy for feeling under the weather. We’ll explore the properties of different herbs and guide you in designing teas that are both flavorful and functional to your health.
In addition to teas, we’ll prepare a rich chicken bone broth and a wholesome vegetable broth, perfect for quick soups or sipping on their own. Packed with nutrients and comforting flavors, these broths are the ultimate kitchen staples. Leave the class with recipes, techniques, and the confidence to create your own blends and broths at home!
