Workshop Description:
Take this journey of self-discovery and healing with our workshop combining breathwork and sound therapy. In this deeply immersive experience, you will learn to harness the power of your breath and the frequencies of sound to release tension, unlock emotional blockages, and reconnect with yourself. Guided by Edo and Rafael, this journey offers sound meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, Kriya breathwork from India and an array of other instruments that will help you reach deep relaxation and heightened awareness.
What to Expect:
● Guided Breathwork: Through a series of simple, yet powerful breath patterns, you will
learn to let go of the inner dialogue and ground into the space. Breathwork is a tool for
clearing stagnant energy, reducing stress, and letting go of negative thought patterns.
● Sound Journey: Using a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, chimes,
and tuning forks, our sound guide will lead you on an auditory journey designed to
harmonize your body’s energy field.
● Integration and Reflection: After the breathwork and sound healing, there will be a
space for quiet reflection, and group sharing (if desired). This is an opportunity to
process your experience, gain insight, and connect with others on a similar path of
healing.

Rafael Amar:
Rafael received his 500 hour yoga training in India in Kriya Yoga and Meditation. After serving as a combat soldier in the Middle East, he turned to meditation to help him process the death and grief he experienced on his deployments.
He became an Emergency Room Nurse in 2019 and continued to lean on his practice to navigate the high stress environment he was working in. The powerful techniques of yoga and meditation have helped him find more mindfulness and balance in his own life by teaching him how to release anxiety and trauma.
Rafael takes a practical approach to teaching yoga and is very passionate about supporting his students on their own journey within.
Edo Perry:
Edo grew up in California and lived there for 15 years and recently relocated back to SF. In 2015, he started practicing yoga and was first introduced to sound healing. Since he began practicing, he has explored the world of sounds & breathing and, in recent years, has participated in multiple sound healing courses and workshops worldwide.Today he conducts sound sessions workshops for groups, companies, schools, and at different retreats.
