This unique spring session combines the certified Face Yoga Method by Fumiko Takatsu with gentle restorative flow practices, creating a comprehensive head-to-toe wellness experience. Whether you're looking to release facial tension, promote natural radiance, or simply unwind after a busy day, this class offers the perfect blend of therapeutic movement and deep relaxation.

February Weather Note: Classes in February are weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, the session will be moved online via Zoom with morning notice to all registered participants.
