To cancel a place on a CPD, notice of cancellation must be given by email or in writing sent by registered post.

If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the start of the CPD, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 10 and 5 days prior to the start, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel less than 5 days before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund.
