Join us on March 28th for Harness the Power of your Hormones, a 3-hour deep dive designed to transform how you move, how you eat, and how you speak to yourself. This isn't a "bootcamp" designed to punish your body; it’s a masterclass in building a body and mind that can handle anything.
Whether you are a complete beginner who finds the weights room intimidating or a regular gym-goer looking to refine your technique alongside hormonal balance for your current life stage or hormonal condition, this workshop is your blueprint for a stronger Spring and Summer 2026.
What We Will Cover:
🧠 The Mindset Reset. You will learn how to reframe negative thoughts about hormonal health that may be holding you back in your training, silence your Inner Critic, overcome "gym intimidation," and shift your goals from shrinking your body to growing your capability.
💪 Strength & Technique No more guessing. We will break down key movements (Squat, Hinge, Thrust) with hands-on coaching. You will learn:
- How to squat for your hip anatomy.
- How to deadlift without back pain.
- How to engage your core properly.
- Includes a fun, supportive lower body workout!
🥑 Nutrition for Performance: Forget starvation diets and 1200-calorie limits. We are shifting the focus to fueling. Learn to create meals that balance protein, carbs, and fats, so you have energy and empowerment all day without obsession or restriction and take advantage of your cycle, life stage or hormonal condition in the process.
