Stacy Tarter is a sound healing and energy balancing expert dedicated to helping others find harmony and renewal. A trained actor and singer, she has studied with sound healers worldwide and holds certifications in sound, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, and Compassion Cultivation from Stanford University. Stacy blends breathwork, astrology, and ritual into her transformative sound baths, using crystal bowls and tuning forks to release tension and restore balance. She offers her healing practices at Resilient Retreat (www.resilientretreat.org) and through Sound Bath SRQ (www.soundbathsrq.com), supporting those experiencing trauma, stress, or compassion fatigue. With a deep belief in the power of sound, she invites others to experience its radiant, soul-awakening effects.
Erika Cain is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and owner of Feather & Stone Yoga. With a background in circus arts, she brings a joyful, resilient spirit to her work, guiding others through yoga, breathwork, and nervous system resetting to ease anxiety and restore balance.
Blending structural alignment, neuroscience, and Eastern healing traditions, Erika creates transformative experiences that reconnect people with their strength and inner calm. She is the co-founder of The Wild Yoga Program, combining mindful movement with fundraising for causes that honor the human-animal connection. Named one of SRQ Magazine’s 35 Under 35, Erika is devoted to helping others move mindfully, breathe deeply, and rediscover the magic of the moment.
