SoulRhythms (@culturalartsstudio): Let your soul shine as Suzan Richards travels with you throughout Africa & The Caribbean on an exciting journey through movement & dance. From traditional to modern Afro-Caribbean folklore-based movement, SoultRhythms is a soul-inspiring and energezing 45-minute group sesh designed for all levels. Suzan will connect your mind, body, spirit (and hips) to the infectious celebratory rhythms of Africa & The Caribbean.
Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Registration and participation is an understanding that the participant has read and accepts the following Eventbrite waiver:
