Mickey's Community Exchange is so excited and grateful to be back for our April 26th event. If you can't make this event, don't fret, as we will be back every Sunday following the 26th!We have some wonderful booths joining us, such as ceramicists, jewelry makers, tarot readers, bakers, fiber artists, pyrographers, sewists, foragers, painters, authors, non-profits, and more!
Plus, our lovely host, Mickey's, has the best used books and caffeinated beverages around!
Some of the lovely folks' who will be set up include:
• Art of Jennifer Wollam (Needle felted paintings, exotic wood pendants, and a variety of handcrafted art rooted in nature)
• Best Designs (Handmade custom wreaths and door hangers)
• CASA of Floyd County (Information booth to spread community awareness)
• DivineDeerTarot (Tarot readings and sewn items. Tarot readings are priced on time, not by card count, and are very open-based! I read for clients of all different life paths, religious followings, and backgrounds. Everyone is welcome at my table! As for the sewing side, I will have handmade bags, book sleeves, accessories, pet items, quilted items, etc- many of which are upcycled!)
• Debb's Dotts (Diamond art finished goods by myself & my mother, as well as kits)
• David Wright (Ceramic mugs and other pottery items)
• The Hen House Jewelry and Crafts (Handmade earrings, bracelets, necklaces and keyrings; sometimes produce and flowers)
• Jewell Bug Trinkets (An outlet to build on a love of hand-foraging, upcycling, and creating art that feels good to create! A mix of multi-media art, ethically sourced bone jewelry and canvas art, and eclectic earth-inspired trinkets!)
• Katie WAK Art (I am a painter and illustrator selling prints, buttons, stickers, paintings, handmade clay items, painted t-shirts, and other items sometimes!)
• Lil's Loveys (Handmade crochet plushies, such as animals, mushrooms, mythical creatures, characters, and more!)
• Magpie & Magpie (Copies of their book, ephemera, notebooks, notecards, earrings, decorative binder clips, paper clips and magnetic clips, hair ties, key chains, and other assorted eccentricities)
• Mar' Jeannie's (Home baked goods, sweet breads, cookies, brownies, pineapple upside down cakes, fudge, cinnamon rolls, sourdough breads and more!)
• Mid-Years Creations (Handcrafted accessories and jewelry made from mixed materials)
• Ray Kimball (Independent artists selling original paintings and prints)
• Spiteful Miniatures (Miniature items of all types, microcrochet, figurines)
• Starry Wisp Stitchers (Handmade crocheted items, including jewelry, headbands, bookmarks, and toy dragons)
• Sweet Ish's Dishes (Homemade cheesecakes, baklava, and banana pudding)
• Wanderlust Treasures (Handmade earrings, bracelets, and crochet items)
