Handling difficult situations bootcamp

This bootcamp is designed to equip participants with practical skills and techniques for effectively managing and resolving difficult situations, whether they arise with customers, colleagues, employees, managers, etc. Through role-playing exercices*, and discussion, participants will learn to navigate these challenging moments with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

ยจ*Role-playing exercises will be carried out by an actor, over the phone or by video-conference, depending on the cases chosen by the participants.


Expected outcomes

By the end of the bootcamp, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify common types of difficult situations in professional settings
  2. Understand the underlying causes of conflict and tension
  3. Apply effective communication strategies to de-escalate and resolve conflicts


Instructor profile

The bootcamp will be facilitated by Thomas SILVIE, a coach and trainer with expertise in conflict resolution, communication skills, and customer service. Thomas will provide practical insights drawn from real-world experience to ensure that participants leave with actionable skills.
