**Because we will be doing deep belly breathing, it is important to attend this event on an empty stomach**

For those with racing minds, we welcome you to join us for an experienced designed to help you step out of your head and into a space of calm and centredness.

We’ll begin with gentle, beginner-friendly pranayama, an ancient yogic breath work technique that uses breathing to calm the nervous system and quiet mental chatter. You’ll learn simple yet powerful breathing exercises to focus your mind, increase oxygen flow, and shift your body into state of relaxation. This grounding practice sets the perfect foundation for the meditative experience that follows.

Next, settle into a cozy hammock for a sound bath, where the healing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you. The rich, resonant tones are designed to help you release tension, clear energetic blocks, and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. As the sound waves interact with your body and mind, you may experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and inner stillness—perfect for quieting the overthinking mind.

Join us and let the power of breath and sound bring ease to your body and mind.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

When Pranayama is paired with a Sound Bath, the benefits are amplified, creating a powerful synergy for mind-body healing. Here’s how they work together:

• Calms the Nervous System More Deeply: Pranayama has the power to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, preparing the body for deep relaxation, while the sound bath sustains and deepens this state.

Quiets Mental Chatter More Effectively: Focused breath work may still the mind, making it more receptive to the soothing vibrations of the sound bath, which further dissolves overthinking.

Enhances Breath Awareness and Energy Flow: Pranayama can clear energetic blockages, allowing the sound frequencies to travel more freely through the body for a deeper healing experience.

Deepens Meditation and Inner Stillness: Breath Control carries the potential to bring you into the present moment, and the immersive sound bath can shift you into a meditative state with ease.

Supports Emotional Release and Stress Reduction: The breath work can create space for emotions to move, while the sound waves help to release tension and stagnant energy.

Together, pranayama and sound have the potential to create a profoundly restorative experience, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body.
