A) Cosplay Photo mini-Con, also known as HAIR OF THE DRAGON, is a unique, annual event hosted by Markster Con Productions that brings together cosplayers and photographers to create stunning cosplay photography in a welcoming, safe and creative multiple-use studio in Atlanta, GA. Founded in 2012, the event provides a relaxed atmosphere for cosplayers to showcase their hard work with professional photos, which are often hard to get during a busy convention. With no rushed selfies or crowded convention halls, attendees can work with over 20 talented photographers and capture high-quality images in a space designed for cosplay art.
Beyond the photography, HAIR OF THE DRAGON fosters a sense of community, giving cosplayers the chance to network, form friendships, and connect with like-minded fans. The event offers access to multiple dressing rooms, allowing cosplayers to switch between costumes and work with both Roaming and Featured Photographers. Hosted in Studio Space Atlanta's spacious 20,000+ sq. ft. venue, this gathering is a "halfway" point to the Dragon, held annual Labor Day weekend in downtown Atlanta, giving participants a chance to celebrate their passion in a fun, vendor-free, and pressure-free environment.
