Join us every Saturday for Gymnastics & Prosecco, where fitness meets fun! Train hard, then unwind with a glass of bubbly.
🕒 Class Schedule:
✨ Beginners: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
✨ Intermediate: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Enjoy 1 hour of gymnastics training, focusing on strength, flexibility, and gymnastics skills, followed by Prosecco and social time. Whether you're new to gymnastics or have experience in acrobatics, handstands, or tumbling, our expert coaches will guide you through fun and challenging exercises tailored to your level.
